1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pixor.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years or older to use this platform.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly forbidden on Pixor.live:

• • Zoophilia or animal abuse content
• • Violence, gore, or illegal activities
• • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content

3. User Responsibilities

• • You are responsible for all content you upload
• • Respect other users and community guidelines
• • No spam, malicious behavior, or platform abuse
• • Do not share content you don't have rights to

4. Room Expiration & Data Deletion

Rooms expire after their set duration (1-12 hours). Upon expiration, all content—including photos, messages, and comments—is permanently and irreversibly deleted. No recovery is possible after deletion.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Pixor.live a temporary, non-exclusive license to host and display your content during the room's lifespan.

6. Watermark Protection

Some rooms may enable watermark protection. Watermarks contain the viewer's IP address (not the uploader's) to discourage unauthorized copying and redistribution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixor.live is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for user-generated content. Users assume all risks associated with platform use.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms. Severe violations result in permanent IP bans, preventing future access to Pixor.live from the offending IP address.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
